![]() ![]() Has anyone been able to get this working correctly? I just want to be able to setup a series of my old port-forwarding settings that I had on my GF box on Google Wifi so everything works as is. However, when I try connecting to my external facing WAN IP (as seen by my GF network box) and port 3390, the connection fails which indicates that setting DMZ on my GF box for the primary Nest Wifi router is not working correctly? I have already confirmed that trying to RDP by connecting to 192.168.86.15:3389 when on my LAN works as expected. I disabled this rule on my GF box and I went into the Google Wifi app and under port-management I have setup a 3390 -> 3389 port mapping for my windows PC (192.168.86.15). For example, I have a windows PC (192.168.86.15) and I want to forward port 3390 (external) to its 3389 port for remote-desktop. I now want to set up my old port-forwarding rules that I previously had on my GF network box. 192.168.1.200 for example), disable wifi on the GF network box and then enable DMZ in the GF settings for the main Nest Wifi router. GF doesn't allow setting their network box to bridge mode, so the general recommendation I have seen here is to only connect the primary Nest Wifi router to the GF network box (give it a static internal IP.
